This card isn't very complicated, but it does show a couple of new things, and a TEASER! Thanks to a special friend for showing me how to fold a big flat daisy into this gorgeous crocus looking flower! The background is heat embossed using VersaMark and clear embossing powder, with a new StudioG wood mounted stamp. The teaser has to do with the pink plaque in the corner....watch for a TUTORIAL coming soon on NEXT BESTIES!!! As Porkie Pig used to say,,, Th..th..th...that's all Folks!!! See you again soon ;0)

Qh my gosh ...this is such an elegant card, how beautiful! Love the pink and black together...adds to the mystery! Can't wait to see what this is all about! Cheers Colleen
That is a fabulous card. You know I love the black background. I am going to have to try that this week. My goal is to clean the crap room and turn it back into the scrap room! :)

Hi Betty,
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I actually don't have a crafting blog set up yet, I've been wanting to, but haven't quite gotten around to it! The Practice blog is one I use to preview templates and any changes I want to make to my main blog before actually going through with it. The 365 blog is my take on that 365 Kit that's floating around where you journal once a day and put in a picture. I haven't put any pictures on yet so I haven't decided to make it public. Plus some of the posts are personal to me since it is the only personal journal I am keeping at the moment.
I really like this card, it is gorgeous! I would never have known about the ribbon as a stem, it's such a great idea!
And yes, I, too am LDS. I just moved here to Utah from Colorado and am still getting used to the change! It'll be nice to be closer to Temple Square and all of the neat things that go on here!!
Oh Betty, that looks awesome!! Love the colors you chose and your cool thank you tag!!
Oohh...I love pink and black together! Love the embossing on black cs!
